Ryou Sagimiya has a rare condition called TSS, Transsexual Syndrome. While touring Tensei Academy, Ryou meets Nagisa Minakami, another student with TSS, and decides to enroll in the school. Note: Chapter count includes six "Extra Case" chapters.
