Wakashio, who lives in a seaside village, was in secret love with Yakaze from the forest tribe. For Wakashio, who lives a constrictive life as the youngest child of the chief, the only comfort he could experience was the time spent with Yakaze. However, Yakaze is killed by Wakashio's older brother who knew about their relationship. After this tragedy Wakashio reunites with Yakaze.
