In order to prove the innocence of witches who were once condemned in witch hunts, Lucien, the last of the witch youth, is devoted to researching the art of gentle witchcraft. When he goes to the black market after obtaining intel about a witch's wand, he finds Rebecca, the "girl with the wand", who's lost her owner. She possesses an terrifyingly destructive form of witchcraft, far from what Lucien's accustomed to. Now a witch-hunting organization has sniffed the two of them out and is hot on their trail! This is a nostalgic fantasy where civilization and magic intersect.
