Chise joins the College as a witch and meets several special students, including Philomela, Veronica and Rian. She has her first day at the gym and sees Elias in action as an instructor.

After the first magic class taught by Elias, the wizard is taken by Renfred and Chise goes after him to try to help him. Chise meets most of her classmates who each have their own particularity, in particular Rian, who wants more than anything to learn witchcraft.
